◉Characteristics of Xiangrizi's Flowery Red Oolong Tea

・Floral Red Oolong Tea is a red oolong tea made from the Jin Xuan variety

・The scent is that of chrysanthemums

・Roasting is done using charcoal.

◉Characteristics of charcoal roasting

There are two types of roasting: charcoal roasting and electric roasting. Charcoal roasting requires a lot of manual input and effort, and there is a limit to the amount that can be roasted at one time. The process begins by lighting charcoal, then taking several days to adjust the temperature and achieve uniformity throughout.

The infrared light of the charcoal fire slowly heats the tea leaves and stems to their core, eliminating unpleasant flavors and bringing out the sweetness of the tea leaves to the fullest. The tea is carefully roasted by hand by a skilled tea master, taking his time to carefully roast each and every tea leaf.

Xiangrizi's Floral Red Oolong Tea is roasted with charcoal, so it has a softer flavor and can be brewed many times, up to eight times.

It also contains less caffeine, making it ideal for relaxing in the evening.

◉How to enjoy

Red oolong tea is usually brewed with boiling water.

It can also be enjoyed as a cold brew or iced tea.
