Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, regardless of the reason.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., wrong order, product not as expected, not suitable for skin, etc.).
Given the nature of online shopping, products are handled by people and transported by machines and vehicles, making it impossible to eliminate all potential impacts during shipping. As such, minor dents may occur on the outer box. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for issues related to the outer packaging.
However, if the product is damaged or defective, or if the delivered product differs from your order, we will accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us via the inquiry form within seven days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in the case of defective products or mistakes made by our store.

Our products are shipped via a third-party delivery service. Therefore, we do not handle inquiries regarding damage to packaging materials during delivery.

【Long-term Absence and Refusal to Accept Products (Return of Packages)】
If a package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept the delivery, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping and handling fees.
