Shipping policy

The time required for shipping the product is within 7 business days. However, in the case of out-of-stock items or pre-orders, it may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
Once the preparation for shipping is completed, the delivery will take about 1 to 12 days. ※ The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery region. In case of any other issues, we will contact you.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

For orders with a total product price of 16,666 yen or more (excluding shipping costs), approximately 20% of the product price (around 60% of the product price in customs duties, consumption tax, customs fees, etc.) will be charged.
The amount of customs duties and consumption tax is not determined at the time of order but will be confirmed at the time of customs clearance. Please pay the required amount upon receipt of the product. Please note that our store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
